CBOC Foods LLC Terms and Conditions with Shipping and Refund Policy

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully prior to payment of products from The Original BRO-D-Q Sauce website at brodqsauce.com.

Payments

All payments for products and services are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or method of payment is declined, the buyer forfeits their right to ownership of any item purchased or service ordered. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped, and no service will be rendered.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the seller will be glad to send a new product to the customer with an alternative address provided, to ensure that the item is not lost again, free of charge. International shipping cost may double. If items are damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible. Damaged items may be replaced as a curtesy on a case- by- case basis.

Refund/ Return Policies

You have the right to complain about any item or service from CBOC Foods LLC, returns and refunds may be granted as a curtesy on a case-by-case basis. Damaged items, due to shipping, may be replaced as a curtesy on a case- by- case basis. If an item is unsatisfactory, an email to cbocfoods@gmail.com is needed before an item or service can be considered for a refund. Exchanges for products are granted on a case-by-case basis. You may also ask for a company credit for the value of your product or service in replace of a refund.

Cancellations

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Complaints

Any complaint about items or services provided by CBOC Foods LLC may be sent to cbocfoods@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the buyer will be contacted.

Legalities

CBOC Foods LLC is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received their items or service has been completed. If any incidents or harm is incurred from the items purchased or service rendered by CBOC Foods LLC, we share no responsibility.
