PRODUCTS:

1. Are your Products All Natural?

BRO-D-Q Sauces are 100% free of high fructose corn syrup artificial flavors colors and preservatives. We use a natural preservative in our cold sauces to ensure the safety of our consumers.

2. How long do your products last?

Our sauces have a sell by date located on the bottle and are best stored in the refrigerator after opening for up to 3 months. Although, I doubt you will be able to keep in it the fridge that long :)

3.Are your products Vegan?

BRO-D-Q Citrus, Bold Drip, Bold No.17 and Soy Glaze are Vegan Sauces.

4. Are your products Gluten Free?

BRO-D-Q Citrus, Bold Drip, Bold No.17, Honey Buffalo Garlic, Classic Ranch and Poblano Pepper Aioli are Gluten Free.

5. Are your products Sugar Free?

BRO-D-Q Bold No.17 is our first No Added Sugar Sauce. However all our our sauces are low in added sugar. See Nutrition Facts for each.

6. Do your products contain any Allergens?

All of our products are manufactured in a facility that may contain Soy. See Nutrition Facts for specific Allergen disclaimers. 

 

ORDERS:

1. What is the max amount of product I can purchase in an Order?

There is no maximum bottle count for orders, Get ALL the Sauce you want honey!

2. What type of Payments are accepted?

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Facebook Pay.

3. Can I use more than one discount?

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount per order.

4. Will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes, once your order is placed you will receive and email confirmation. Please check your Spam folder.

5. Why do you need my phone number for orders?

In case we need to contact you personally for any shipping updates. Or just to ask about your experience with BRO-D-Q.

6. What is your return policy?

Please see full return policy at the bottom of the website.

7. How long does it take for my refund to appear?

Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to process.

8. I'm missing items from my order what do I do?

9. I have questions about my order, how do I reach you?

10. Can I change/modify my order after I get my confirmation?

Our turn around time is fairly quick, but we have an amazing Customer Service Team so just reach out to us at cbocfoods@gmail.com to see about modifications.

11. How do I keep up with my Orders?

There is an option to create an account with BRO-D-Q on the website to keep up with past orders.

12. How are you practicing COVID Safety Regulations when it comes to packaging?

Our customers safety and well being are very important to us. WE practice safe bottling and storage procedures as well as safe handling practices. Our packages are disinfected prior to sealing to ensure you receive a clean and safe product for you and your family.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

1. How much is Shipping?

Standard shipping is $5.00 and $9.90 based on the weight of your package. We also offer Pick Up.

2. How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping usually take about 2 days with delivery in 4-5 days. We do not ship from Saturday 12p to Monday 8:30a.

3. I never received shipping confirmation, what do I do?

4. What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship through USPS and UPS.

5. Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not ship internationally.
